Our Capabilities

Wilshire Precision’s Complete Motor Division began building development motors for critical, high-reliability aerospace applications in 2004. Since that time, we have gone into production on a number of motors for Honeywell and Moog. Our focus going forward is to expand our production lines, and to use our nearly seventy years of manufacturing knowledge and expertise to provide complete and reliable motor building solutions for the aerospace industry.

The Wilshire Precision Story

Wilshire Precision traces its roots to 1951, when Harold Lewis started a small machine shop on Wilshire Boulevard in Los Angeles. Like most Southern California precision machine shops in the 1950’s, Wilshire offered its services to the burgeoning local aerospace industry. It was during these early years that Wilshire Precision established a reputation for uncompromising quality and outstanding customer service that is at the foundation of our success today.
